Time and again Bollywood actors and filmmakers are coming out in the open to speak up about industry’s nepotistic and partial behaviour. Sushant Singh Rajput’s death re-ignited nepotism debate in Bollywood and Twitterati can't seem to keep quiet and slam the nepo-kids. Amid the growing nepotism debate in the industry, Sonu Soon has also shared his experience. Sonu Sood has become a messiah of migrants. The Paltan actor is making headlines for all the right reasons.
During his latest interview, Sonu Sood revealed during the initial years of his career in Industry, he was removed from film posters. Speaking to Zee News, Sonu Sood said, “I don’t belong to a film family. When I entered the industry, there were a lot of films where I felt like I should have been there on the posters, but I was removed. There are two ways to go about this. Either I can complain about not being on the poster, my role being cut short or I work hard to become worthy enough that people say that he deserves to be on the poster and have a substantial role.”
“Whoever has power will always use it. This is the case in Bollywood, the corporate world or a clothes shop. Anyone with power will always try to suppress the one below him. You need to have the power to overcome this,” he further added.
Meanwhile, Sonu Sood recently came forward to help underprivileged students. He will now be giving scholarships to students in the name of his late mother.
